Senior Fledgling

Senior fledglings are only slightly above their junior fellows in rank. Classes become of the utmost importance, as it is at this stage when they will learn the principles of fighting. By this stage, the bonded pair has successfully flown and is ready to learn complex flight maneuvers, as well as breathing fire. Graduation occurs when the dragons reach three years of age.

Junior Fledgling

Junior fledglings are the lowest-ranked of the bonded Caer personnel. Their duty, first and foremost, is to the care of their new bond, and they are expected to attend their daily fledgling classes. They do not fly, let alone fight, and remain at the junior rank until the dragon is one and a half years old and the pair have proven their flying ability.
