Staff

All of the Caer's residents who are not bonded reside in a series of dormitories in the Lower Caverns. It is a hefty job to keep the Caer clean and to feed its populace, and this the staff knows well - fortunately, the Head of Staff, a tall and rather intimidating woman named Raelae, is well schooled in keeping her employees working hard. She crusades for strict discipline, and even the Dragoners avoid her out of fear when they can.

Bonders for any upcoming clutches also reside on the dormitories, and it is among their duties to assist the staff. The dragoners, also, are expected to participate in the Caer's upkeep as part of their duty.
